Gertrude C. Chombo is a governance, ethics, and leadership development professional with over 20 years of experience across public, private, and development sectors. She is the Founder and CEO of Q-Train Consulting and serves as a Training Facilitator, Consultant, and Researcher with the Ethics Institute of East Africa. She specializes in governance systems, ethical leadership, institutional strengthening, organizational culture transformation, ESG, and leadership development. Gertrude has extensive experience facilitating executive and management programmes focused on accountability, integrity, and values-based leadership. She is passionate about building ethical, accountable, and sustainable institutions through practical governance solutions. She holds an MBA in Strategic Management, a Master’s degree in Development Studies, and is currently pursuing a PhD in Leadership and Governance. She is also a Certified Ethics Officer and Life Coach.
