2. GRANT & DONOR MEMBERSHIP
In addition to the organizational membership, for large corporations, EthicEA has created two separate organizational membership categories, namely Grant Membership and Donor Membership. These forms of membership entitle members to the same benefits as Organizational Membership, but their aim is to attract investments in EthicEA's mission of promoting and advancing ethics,  integrity and good leadership practices in business and the general socio-economic and political development in the East African region by supporting non-billable work (voluntary work, research, support and advice, advocacy work, and the like).

EthicEA prefers to discuss Grant and Donor members' management needs with the prospective member on an individual basis with a view to providing customized Ethics, Integrity and Leadership support to the membership in return for Grant/Donation.

2.1.  EthicEA Grant Membership
There are three EthicEA Grant Membership categories:

GRANT MEMBERSHIP FEES (EGM)

ANNUAL FEE

Category A:

FOR RESEARCH, VOLUNTARY WORK, SUPPORT, ETC

OVER USD. 10,000.00

Category B:

FOR RESEARCH, VOLUNTARY WORK, SUPPORT, ETC

USD. 7,000.00 – USD. 9,990.00

Category C:

FOR RESEARCH, VOLUNTARY WORK, SUPPORT, ETC

USD. 5,000.00 – USD. 6,000.00

Grant Membership is meant to support EthicEA voluntary work, Research and related activities that have  a bearing on Ethics Businesses, Socio – Political and Economic lives of the society.

2.2. EthicEA Donor Membership
EthicEA Donor Membership represents a very substantial investment in EthicEA's mission, and would typically give rise to extensive ethics, Integrity and Leadership management engagement. For example, an Ethics Risk Assessment or Training or Developing a code of ethics for that organization depending on a member’s immediate needs upon considering cost implication and other factors associated with management engagement. If the cost is higher than annual fee payable, then a discount will be offered to cushion the donor member and reduce the final cost of membership during first year.

Ethics Institute of South Africa have donated technical expertise and materials to Ethics Institute of East Africa and therefore are automatically EthicEA 1st Donor Member of Ethics Institute of East Africa due to their long term engagement with Ethics Institute of East Africa.
